Laurence joined Hanna IP as a Trainee Patent Attorney in 2022, bringing a high level of technical understanding around the fields of physics and maths including mechanics, materials, electronics and semiconductors, and quantum science, to support the creation, development and management of Intellectual Property in a diverse set of technical fields.

During his degree, Laurence committed time to volunteer as an editor and writer for Bristol University’s award-winning newspaper, in doing so developing an attentive, accurate and effective writing style. In this time Laurence also undertook an industrial summer placement based around nuclear physics and computational modelling.
